VodafoneZiggo provides landlines, mobilephone and integrated communication and entertainment services to customers and companies. For a succesful integration of the two companies, Vodafone and Ziggo, the business’ boards felt the need to invest in their leaders to make this integration successfull. The companies thus sought a partner who could design a development trajectory and facilitatie for all people leaders (550 people). An additional goal of this venture was to create a tight-knit leader community.
